How long does it take for home delivery?

We aim to deliver most orders within 3–7 working days across India.

Metro cities may receive delivery within 2–4 working days, while remote locations may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

What courier do you use for deliveries?

We work with trusted logistics partners in India, including:

  • Blue Dart
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • India Post

We reserve the right to use alternative courier services when necessary to ensure timely delivery.

Why am I being charged for delivery on my order when it states standard delivery is free?

Free standard delivery applies only to selected products and eligible locations.

Additional delivery charges may apply if:

  • The item is oversized or heavy
  • The delivery address falls in a remote or out-of-service area
  • Express shipping is selected

The final delivery charge will always be displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use that link to monitor your shipment status in real time..

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

An automated email is sent once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Please:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Ensure your email address was entered correctly
  • Add our domain to your safe sender list

Can I collect from a local store?

Yes, we offer a Reserve & Collect service in selected cities.

If the product is available at a nearby store or warehouse, you can select the pickup option during checkout.

Do you offer a paid repair service?

Yes, we do offer a paid repair service.

To get started, please email us at info@ikigaitravelgear.com with clear images of the product and details of the issue. Our support team will review your request and respond with the next steps, including repair feasibility, estimated charges, and timelines.

Once you approve the quotation, we will guide you through the repair process.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

Weekend delivery may be available in selected cities depending on the courier partner.

Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout or shared via tracking details.

Can you confirm you have received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5–7 working days of receiving them.

Once processed:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • Your refund will be initiated

Please retain your return tracking number until the process is complete.

How long will it be before I get a refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refund processing takes 5–7 working days
  • Banks may take an additional 2–5 working days to reflect the amount

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Who pays for return postage?

If returning an unsuitable item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


If returning a faulty or damaged item, we will refund both the original delivery charge and return shipping cost.

Do you offer GST exemption for international customers?

Customers ordering from outside India may contact our support team with their order reference number.

Eligible tax adjustments will be processed in accordance with Indian export regulations.
